With 15 years experience in the real estate industry, Kevin has been striving to provide the best possible service to his clients. With a combination of education and hands on experience, he has built a successful real estate career on Vancouver Island.

Kevin graduated from Brentwood College in 1987, and then went on to get his B.A from the University of Victoria in 1992. In addition, he completed the 4 year Urban Land Economics Program at the University of British Columbia in 2000. He has rounded out his education by successfully completing his Associate Broker qualifications with the Sauder School of Business at UBC.

Licensed since May of 1994, Kevin has consistently been a top MLS® performer. He has earned every level of accolade - Bronze, Silver and Gold, Platinum as well as the coveted Chairman's Club RE/MAX Hall of Fame recognition. He has done this by consistently providing the best service to his customers year after year.

As the real estate industry progresses, so does Kevin's skill set. He has been involved in every type of real estate transaction from mobile homes, to beach front estates to project marketing. He has first hand knowledge of the market in all its incarnations. Kevin uses his past experiences to learn and evolve. He also keeps up to date in the always changing world of the real estate industry by regularly attending courses on marketing and legal updates.

Kevin is more than just a REALTOR® he is a devoted husband to Arla and dad to two beautiful girls. He makes sure that his family is the centre of his world. He also keeps active in the community as an avid supporter of amateur cycling in Victoria. As a mountain biker himself, Kevin gets on the trails a few days a week to keep a good work-life balance. He feels this is key in staying in shape and staying in the real estate business for the long haul.
