About Kevin:
 With
over 11 years experience in the real estate industry,
Kevin has been striving to provide the best possible service
to his clients. With a combination of education and hands
on experience, he has built a successful real estate career
on Vancouver Island.
Kevin graduated from Brentwood College in 1987, and then went on to get his B.A from the University of Victoria in 1992. In addition, he completed the 4 year Urban Land Economics Program at the University of British Columbia in 2000. He has rounded out his education by successfully completing his Associate Broker qualifications with the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
Licensed since May of 1994, Kevin has consistently been
a top MLS® performer. He has earned every level of
accolade - Bronze, Silver and Gold, as well as the coveted
Platinum RE/MAX Hall of Fame recognition. He has done
this by consistently providing the best service to his
customers year after year.
As the real estate industry progresses, so does Kevin's skill set. He has been involved in every type of real estate transaction from mobile homes, to beach front estates to project marketing. He has first hand knowledge of the market in all its incarnations. Kevin uses his past experiences to learn and evolve. He also keeps up to date in the always changing world of the real estate industry by regularly attending courses on marketing and legal updates.
Kevin is more than just a realtor; he is a devoted husband
to Arla and dad to two beautiful girls. He makes sure
that his family is the centre of his world. He also keeps
active in the community as an avid supporter of amateur
cycling in Victoria. As a mountain biker himself, Kevin
gets on the trails a few days a week to keep a good work-life
balance. He feels this is key in staying in shape and
staying in the real estate business for the long haul.
About Brett:
 A
lifelong resident, Brett was born and raised in Victoria.
He graduated from Glenlyon-Norfolk School in 1988, and
then attended both Camosun College and the University
of Victoria.
Brett has made a huge impact in the real estate market
in Victoria in a relatively short period of time. He has
been an MLS® sales winner every year, including Gold
in only his second year of business. By providing the
highest level of service to both buyers and sellers, Brett
makes a personal commitment to his client's real estate
needs.
With a diverse real estate career, balancing project marketing
and residential sales, Brett is experienced with effectively
handling a high volume market with integrity and diligence.
He has knowledge of the market in all price ranges and
uses his vast experience to ensure his clients get the
best possible service.
Recognizing the importance of the changing world, Brett updates his knowledge of the real estate industry, keeping abreast of technology innovations and changes in real estate law. He regularly attends courses, ensuring that he keeps current with common practices, marketing advances, and legal changes.
Brett remains extremely busy with his real estate career, but finds time to keep his family life a priority. He feels that having a balance is an important part of maintaining longevity in real estate. Brett and his wife, Michelle, live in Fairfield with their daughter and a menagerie of pets.
